You could say genetics weren't on my side. You could also say we hadn't accounted for puberty yet.
Years passed. My body developed. My understanding deepened.
As my comprehension of biomechanics grew, I made a deliberate choice:
I let myself go.
Not out of neglect — but intent.
I didn't want theory isolated from reality. I didn't want certification knowledge divorced from adulthood.
I wanted to understand fat loss, correction, and adaptation under real stress: work, fatigue, responsibility, aging, pressure.
Applied theory. Not borrowed certainty.
Over the years, there were multiple transformations — each one refining the model, exposing flaws, tightening the system.
What began as a pursuit of image evolved into something far more deliberate — a deep study of how the body actually works: how it compensates, adapts, breaks down, and rebuilds.
LXTR Fitness is the result of that process. Not a brand built on aesthetics — but on understanding.
